At Smart Kiddo, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery only in case of:

• Damaged product
• Defective product
• Wrong item received

To request a return, please email us at support@smartkiddo.store with your Order ID and product photos.

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided
• Refused COD orders

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via bank transfer or original payment method.
